The company’s
commitment for Health & Safety comes from the very top with all the
Directors being extremely committed to good working practices and
preventative measures.
Safety is our Number
one Priority and we employ our own dedicated Health & Safety Advisor to
ensure that our policies are strictly implemented and we carry out site
specific Method Statements and Risk Assessments for all our Contracts. All
our members of staff undergo occupational health monitoring and regular
training, Which ensures we have a healthy and competent workforce.
It is the
policy of ROOCROFT FENCING that its’ operations are executed at all times
in such a way as to ensure, so far as is reasonably practicable, the
health, safety and welfare of all its employees, and all other persons
likely to be affected by its operations including external contractors, and
visitors, and to provide the necessary training and information to carry
out the policy.
To demonstrate
our commitment to Health and safety and the workforce we are currently
beginning the process of OHSAS: 18001 and Investors in People. We are also
members of CHAS, ROSPA and Constuctionline.
